Obituary of Stephen Green

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of Stephen Douglas Green which occurred on Thursday April 13, 2017. Born August 29, 1958 He was the son of Frank Green and the late Maura (Carvell) Green. Stephen will be forever missed and remembered by loving wife of 35 years Jacklyn Green; daughters Sarah and Katie Green; brothers Mark (Denise) Green, Paul Green; sisters Susan (Mike) Mersereau, Carolyn (Leandre) Guimond all of Saint John, NB; brother-in-law Stephen (Lori Atkinson) Walton of Quispamsis, NB, sister-in-law Amie (Kerry) Fudge of Halifax, NS; several nieces and nephews and one great nephew. Steve was well known and loved around the Westside and will be remembered for his big smile and friendly personality. Stephen will be resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John (634-1701). Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 19, 2017 from 2:00pm – 8:00pm. In honor of Stephen feel free to wear New England Patriots clothing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church on Thursday April 20, 2017 at 12:00 noon. Donations in Stephen’s memory can be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
