Obituary of Kathleen Chandler

Surrounded by her family Kathleen Chandler passed away peacefully on Sunday October 19, 2014 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1917 she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Melvina Toner. Kathleen is survived by sons Danny (Barbara Dawn) Hartley of Pennfield, Richard (Wendy) Hartley of Manitoba; daughters Doris (Joseph) Haché of Ottawa, ON, Janet (Donald) Quigley of PEI, Cindy (Brian) Foster of Manitoba; sister Beryl Rutherford of Mispec, NB; daughter-in-law Betty Hartley many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her loving husbands Lawrence Hartley and Laurence Chandler; son Kenneth, 2 brothers and 8 sisters. Arrangements are under the direction of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John (634-1701). Keeping with Kathleen’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held from Castle Funeral Home on Thursday October 23, 2014 at 2:00p.m. Donations in Kathleen’s memory can be made to the charity of one’s choice.
